Job Description:
My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends
  • Highly energetic
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Effective time management
  • Adept sales skills
  • Clean background check

Compensation:
Starts at $18+ per hour - Average trained staff member earns $19-$20+ per hour. Additionally, we offer:

Scope of Responsibilities :

  • Coordinates activities which are culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate.
  • Supervises a group of youth and/or adults to ensure their health and safety, and to provide for a positive experience for each person.
  • Communicates with and maintains positive relationships with parents.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to staff and volunteers.
