As an HR Manager, the only good thing is the company adjusted our pay wages when we were all overworked.
One of the more horrific experiences I have ever had at a company of this size. They are underprepared in every area. If possible, go to another company. That is the biggest detail I can warn about. Just do not accept an offer and you won’t have any regrets.
The recruiter asked questions like they would an assembly line. What hours you are willing to work, pay rate, etc. Complete hack.
I would recommend closing or replacing your toxic managers and their managers.
The former CEO was okay, but this new one came out of nowhere with an unqualified history and way over her head.
Met a few people that went through the same and we got each other through it

Compensation was fair
I like working at H.B. Fuller, because there is always something to do, and I can stay busy.
I don't like working at HB Fuller, because, there is no management. Most of the employees, don't do their jobs. People are always standing around talking, or on their phones. Management does not seem to have a problem with this. Your better off here, if you are a man who like to talk about sports, then having to do your job and create product. There is no work ethic. Those who do work, are not appreciated.

good people
Nowhere to grow. You work hard and bring a difference but weighed down by favoritism of a few in the company and they are not leaving. Had good hopes until I started seeing the good employees leave every day for the same reasons
bonuses to all employees including us in hourly positions, but there is always a reason it goes down while they use our bonus to buy more companies.
three friends work here with me in different positions at the company. the culture reminds us of high school. if one person does not like you and they fear their job will be taken they will put together a click to push you out and you will be gone eventually
revolving door. company does not promote great employees and they hire from the outside for almost all positions
good benefits.
Not a thing
I was there for years in HR until recent. This company does not know what to do with their best talent because the long timers huddle and rail against that talent. No recognition. Work work churn and burn employees and hire lead positions from the outside.

Salary and benefits
Toxic leadership. Highly unstable. Company failing and buying other companies to look good
Coworkers
Bunch of grade schoolers patting each others backs. No quality checks. Embarrassing company to work for.
Colleagues
Management is terrible and they hire 2 people for what should be 6. Look somewhere else.
Decent salary

No career mobility and bad management. These managers will never leave or get fired. Do not waste your time.
