Bryan Burkhart is founder and CEO at H.Bloom. Under his strategic leadership, H.Bloom has developed into a recognized luxury floral brand with a rapidly growing national presence. Bryan has extensive leadership and management experience gained through more than a decade in the software industry. He began his career in sales at Trilogy Software, in Austin, Texas. Later he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Callidus Software, Inc., where he was responsible for all revenue and managed the company’s sales operations globally. Bryan joined Callidus when it was a start-up and helped grow the company to over $100 million in revenue and an IPO in 2003. Bryan graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Entrepreneurial Management. Bryan is a weekly contributor to The New York Times with a blog about team-building, talent development, and leadership.
