Pros of working at H-E-B

Private Company. Focused on customer AND employee. Lots of opportunity and growth.

Cons of working at H-E-B

Lots of turnover at the highest levels of leadership. Creating some uncertain dynamics for many departments. Many of the leaders at highest levels are coming in, making big changes, and then leaving within 2-3 years.

H-E-B benefits

Incredible benefits overall, including a discount off of all the company branded products.
