Job Summary: Ensures coffee and food products are prepared and displayed in accordance with Company standards. Assists with leading the Starbucks department personnel to promote department sales and customer service to support profitability goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works in conjunction with upper management to train and develop partners through on job training. Oversees designated department and does not extend to other departments within the store. Indirectly responsible for maintaining and improving sales performance, financial results, public relations, product quality, and work standards.
