About the Team: The Campaign Orchestration Engineering Team supports H-E-B's rapidly growing Retail Media organization. We've designed and delivered a custom Order Management System (OMS) leveraging Salesforce and React to replace manual processes with scalable, automated workflows. This team partners closely with Retail Media business stakeholders, Product, and other Digital engineering groups to drive strategic initiatives that improve campaign orchestration, measurement, and capacity. What is your background? * 5+ years of experience; experience managing people, processes, or projects. * Bachelor / Masters' degree in a relevant field of education and / or work experience leading successful projects and coaching / mentoring others in functional area. Completion of H-E-B Leadership programs where applicable (i.e. SORL) * The right leader will help scale our systems, mentor engineers, and ensure we continue to deliver impactful solutions that advance Retail Media's long-term strategy. * Proven leadership experience managing software engineering teams * Experience building custom applications for internal customers * Salesforce (Apex, Sales Cloud) and React development experience * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills * Defining and maturing SDLC processes for engineering teams * Bonus: Retail Media, AdTech, or OMS platform experience What is the work?
