Working in a fast paced environment allows one to stay busy throughout the entirety of their shift

Upper management preaches about how people matter, but will say that "you are a waste of pay roll" if you make a mistake

I do enjoy the people that I work with, as this shows how important it is to compromise on different ideas and strategies since getting the job done is always a team effort.

Lots of turnover at the highest levels of leadership. Creating some uncertain dynamics for many departments. Many of the leaders at highest levels are coming in, making big changes, and then leaving within 2-3 years.

It is a customer service job and I don't always enjoy that kind of work.
