Hours of operation for Customer Service Representatives: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 Saturday a month.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Help customers to bring their accounts current in the first stage of Collections (1 to 10 Days), in a Predictive Dialer environment.
Ability to answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
Effectively handle all phone, email, web and fax transactions to ensure customer/consumer satisfaction.
The ability to offer payment options over the phone to cure early delinquency.
Perform account maintenance functions such as: explaining terms of auto loan, submitting auto loans for repossession, asking customers for proof of insurance.
Must learn and abide by the FDCPA Collection Law+
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be proficient in both English and Spanish.
Work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to type minimum of 20- 25 wpm.
Have good written and verbal skills.
Must be able to negotiate payment options over the phone.
Basic computer skills required. Collection software experience is helpful.
Update, maintain, and analyze customer account profiles.
Must be able to balance multiple priorities in a high call volume environment while maintaining professional and courtesy customer interactions.
Reliable attendance track record.
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in a Call Center environment of 6 months to 1 year is preferred.
Experience working Debt Collections is a plus.
A High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) is necessary for this position.
Individuals with at least 2 years of college may qualify with no experience necessary.
You must be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in a professional manner in both English and Spanish.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure i.e., calculate payments, interest charges and other fees.

Position Overview
The Vice President of Finance will oversee all financial operations, forecasting, and portfolio analytics at Premier Auto Credit. You will be a key partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring the company grows safely and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and optimization of loan pricing models, including APR bands, dealer discounts, advances, and risk tiers
Build and maintain financial and credit performance models (static pools, loss forecasting, vintage curves)
Monitor and analyze portfolio trends: delinquency, roll rates, charge-offs, recoveries, and lifetime value
Create and present financial forecasts, budgets, and investor/lender reports
Oversee accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance
Manage warehouse credit lines, borrowing base, and lender reporting
Improve cash flow forecasting and capital planning
Support underwriting and funding with data-driven pricing recommendations
Implement financial systems enhancements and automation
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
Auto finance or consumer lending experience strongly preferred
Deep experience in loan pricing, risk modeling, or credit analytics
Strong knowledge of subprime lending economics
Advanced Excel skills; SQL or analytics tools a plus
7-10+ years of finance leadership

Job Summary:
The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for the repayment program component in the Loss Mitigation Department and will ensure that the necessary steps are being followed to properly offer the most suitable repayment program. You will consider varying levels of willingness and ability to pay and oversee the stage of delinquency of the account.
The Loss Prevention Specialist will also be responsible for securing any potential losses associated with impounds, repossessions, seizures, tows, or abandoned vehicles.
This position will be responsible for handling all vehicles from notice of impound/repossession until the collateral is secured or abandoned.
This role requires sound judgment. Knowledge of all areas in Collections & Loss Mitigation is expected.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Proficient in the ability to analyze individual consumer situation, present alternative solutions including repayment plans, modifications, assist in identifying, negotiating, and pursuing the appropriate repayment program option.
Receive and review repossession updates, condition reports, and oversee transportation logistics of repossessed inventory.
Use industry valuation publications to determine the value of collateral.
Partner with consumers to mitigate losses.
Refer accounts to management as needed for loss mitigation options.
Coordinates pickup of vehicles between law enforcement and repossession agencies.
Notifies repossession agencies of impounds, seizures and abandoned vehicles.
Negotiates storage fees with impound lots, works to ensure vehicles are not auctioned, crushed, sold, or kept in police custody.
Prepares hold harmless documents, notarizes paperwork, overnights documents to agencies and impound yards.
Properly and accurately documents all account activities.
Updates repossession notifications after successfully securing the collateral.
Works closely with the Asset Remarketing team to ensure the collateral is transported to the assigned auction locations.
Provides all necessary paperwork to agencies and auctions.
Performs other related duties as required.
Compliance Requirements
Ensures compliance with Premier Auto Credit's policies & procedures, state and federal laws, regulations, and standards.
Ability to articulate and adhere to all company policies, laws, regulations, as applicable to specific job duties. Prior experience in financial services or similar industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience in managing follow ups.

Entry level typing/data entry.
Strong ability to identify potential loss situations and make appropriate recommendations to mitigate loss.
Experienced with dialer phone systems.
Education and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in credit and collection work highly preferred.
Familiar with basic skip tracing techniques and compliance related to FDCPA requirements.
Associate's degree or 2-5 years of customer service experience.
Knowledgeable of best practices in the auto finance industry.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
