ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures employees are properly trained and that employees are following the company GMP and code of conduct policies.
Participate in all monthly inspections, and all internal and external yearly audits of the sections pertaining to the production department

2+ years of dental office management or healthcare leadership experience required

Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and fostering a positive workplace culture
Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
Comfortable working full-time hours including some Saturdays

A day on the job looks like this:
Count and verify all inventory are accurate.
Follow all documented Inventory processes and procedures.
Input necessary information into warehouse management system.
Ensure all inventory in pick locations is prepared for picking and packing...i.e., is not damaged, has correct sku labels.
Process damaged and repair items and prepare them for dispositioning.
Analyze data and recognize inventory trends such as velocity.
Verifies physical count of stock and adjusts errors in counts
Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Operate equipment to count and verify items that are not at ground level.
Perform any/all additional tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Retail Processing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will plan, organize and lead order fulfillment, picking and workflow activities in a high-volume distribution center. You will also be responsible for ensuring the team consistently meets productivity, accuracy and safety standards for all picking and order processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and sharp communication skills. Prior experience in an order fulfillment role is highly preferred.

Overseeing a team of order fulfillment associates and drivers, managing both conveyable and non-conveyable items in the retail area
Leveraging the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to understand daily goals and maintain building balance and steady workflow
Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous productivity improvements
Conducting root-cause analysis to identify the source of errors and uncover opportunities for improvement, including tracking individual performance to specific usernames to increase accountability
Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing that meets customer expectations
Assessing staffing needs to support fluctuating workloads and maintain operational efficiency
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and optimize cost-effectiveness
Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and methodologies for all retail processing activities
