The primary responsibilities of the Production Manager are to ensure daily production tasks are completed safely, quality effectively, efficiently, cost effectively, and with company culture. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reports directly to the Plant manager and is responsible for up to 200 production employees.
