Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies

Maintain equipment software and service records (will train).

Qualifications:

Have knowledge and experience with: hydraulic systems, gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, drive trains, and equipment maintenance.
Mechanical experience 2 years.
Be able to communicate with the Lead Mechanic, Lube/Maintenance Mechanic, Job Foremen, and Project Managers on all aspects of equipment and vehicle repairs.
Own basic repair tools (see minimum tool list).
PA State Inspection license is a plus, but not mandatory.
Show up to work on time every day.

Be able to pass and maintain a valid DOT physical.
Be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs.

POSITION SUMMARY
Work on trucks in a safe manner, adhering to all appropriate State and Federal motor vehicle regulations. Work independently with minimum supervision. Strong diesel mechanical background with brakes, engine, transmission, drive train suspension, electrical, electronics and A/C repair. Duties include shop maintenance and clean-up, PM services on straight trucks, tractors, trailers and all other Reeb-owned vehicles, DOT inspections, and responsible for maintaining shop inventory. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL CUSTOM HOMES HYDRONICS MECHANIC
High school diploma or GED minimum
Graduation from a vocational school and/or apprenticeship preferred
Journeyman highly favored
3+ years of experience in hydronics, plumbing, and/or HVAC
Strong knowledge of boilers, pumps, radiant heating, and piping systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Self-starter with excellent, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to pass a background check and drugs screen with a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
Reads job order and observes and listens to truck or equipment in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.
Installs new ignition systems, aligns front wheels, changes, or recharges batteries, and replaces transmissions and other parts.
Replaces gas or diesel engines.
Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks and equipment, and adjusts.
Lubricates and services vehicles
Fabricates special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to schematic drawings.
Collision repair, sand, prep, and paint
Completes all standard maintenance on trucks and equipment and ensures state inspection requirements are met for cars, trucks, and trailers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school in diesel mechanics or a related field OR 2 years of related experience and/or training
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within one year
Clean driving record
Customer Service and Teamwork
Mathematical Skills
Willing and able to work a 2nd shift schedule
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
4 years of related experience and/or training
State Inspection license
Experience working in heavy civil construction, road construction, or quarries
OSHA, MSHA, or other relevant safety certifications

Job Summary: Road Mechanic
Critical role within the company with responsibility for maintaining and repairing ADMAR and customer-owned equipment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Drive repair truck to customer sites in response to service calls.
Service equipment by troubleshooting issues, performing inspections, repairs and installations efficiently.
Ensure equipment is properly repaired on a timely basis.
Perform complete inspections of equipment and report repairs issues to Service Manager.
Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
2 to 5 years of experience in the service repair industry, preferably repairing construction (heavy) equipment.
Must possess a valid driver's license and DOT medical card.
Knowledge of gas engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a high level of complexity.
Flexibility to meet customer needs.

Overhauls gas or diesel engines.
Performs diagnostics through the use of computers and carious equipment.
Performs front end inspection and alignments.

Qualifications

CDL B
