About the Role
The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor contributes to the success of the plant by providing day-to-day maintenance leadership and technical support to maintenance and facility technicians. In this role, you will lead a team of frontline employees within the maintenance department (mechanics/facilities technicians), ensuring reliable operations of the plant's utilities and building systems while driving safety, compliance, and cost-effective performance.
What You'll Do

Job Description
This is a seasonal position with an expected start date in mid-April.
This position oversees the daily operations of the Highway and Bridge Maintenance Department. Physical Requirements:
* Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license with 5 years of clean driving history.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check required.

At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
