Supervisor don’t micro-manage,don’t skimp on tools that are needed for the job, HR and all office personnel I have dealt with are nice and helpful they never seem annoyed our pass you over to others everyone including CEO Thomas Wells willing to drop what they are doing to make sure employees are taking care of. Nurses are nice and don’t mind giving you anything or assisting whatever they can help with and don’t skimp on PPE, they promote a lot from within and let you change jobs or buildings with little to no effort or friction. Supervisor or manager even plant manager will get a staple gun and help whoever need it. People are laid back and don’t mind helping, maintenance is proficient and don’t mind doing their job, nothing broke down or ragedy, cleaning crew does a great job at keeping bathrooms and cafeteria in clean and working condition almost spotless, TVs in cafeteria, all areas try to work as team for one goal, over all one of best managed and team oriented plants I’ve worked at not a lot of drama

two1/2 weeks off at Christmas and in July paid early both times 3 checks for two weeks off hold check when u return, medical, dental, vision, plus optional coverages, 401K all available after 90 days probation also starting pay close to Top pay through the door most people get topped out after 90 days probation, optional healthy U check up and mandatory hearing test annually sometimes biannually. Lunch catered in 2 to 3 times a year, employee appreciation event once a year, there are cafeteria with Romies cooking daily also energy and protein drink shop, multiple vending machines, understanding management, yearly optional flu shot, text service to alert employees of inclement weather important events and dates or deadlines alerts come all the time and is always current, 2 15 min breaks and lunch paid, work 4 - 9 hour shifts and 4 hrs Fridays every week, turkey every year at Christmas or thanksgiving. Production scheduled u can leave when schedule + morning set up is complete and pay the whole day, nurse station on site

No vacation or sick days, 10 pt system went from every 6 months to every year so a lot of turn over, it was more fair every 6 months because we don’t have sick days or personal days,
