Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Inventory Coordinator in USA, Fontana Ca.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, Inventory Coordinator, is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and managing the movement of materials within our facility.
What a typical day looks like:
Ensure materials received is staged in the correct area and labeled accordingly
Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts and verify quantities to maintain proper stock levels; document and adjust discrepancies within ERP system
Accurately pull and stage material for manufacturing jobs according to bill of materials and work orders
Identify any material issues to minimize any disruptions in getting stock transfer orders complete
Fulfill urgent materials request as they come up
Verify all documentation (stock transfer orders, bill of materials, etc.) is completed accurately
Distribute materials to production teams by verifying model numbers and quantities; ensure materials distributed coordinate will the bill of materials
Account for materials distributed in the company ERP system
Complete other related duties as assigned
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or any related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiar with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system
Ability to operate powered equipment including forklifts and scissor lifts
What the physical requirements are:
Periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk using a computer
Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds at a time.
Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor

The Principal Clerk supports the Shipping Manager and collaborates with the Transportation, Cooler, and Production departments to ensure accurate and timely product shipments. The Principal Clerk also ensures documentation accuracy, compliance with SQF standards, and effective inventory management through WMS and SAP systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Support, implement, and maintain the Safety Quality Food (SQF) System
· Attend required Safety, GMP, Food Safety, and Security Trainings
· Comply with all GMPs, Safety Rules, and SQF standards
· Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
· Train and retrain team members as needed; maintain certification records
· Document employee errors and performance issues
· Partner with internal departments to:
o Confirm shipped and released product
o Verify dump/rework documentation
o Record damaged/out-of-code product
o Rotation of product (FIFO)
o Complete exception picks
o Validate shipping confirmations and inventory for totes/tankers
· Audit shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, driver signatures, etc.)
· Enter receipts into WMS and forward completed documentation to the office
· Conduct audits, cycle counts, spot checks, and investigate inventory variances
· Monitor code dates of finished goods and materials
· Perform order/production/purchase order entry and WMS adjustments
· Review of KPIs, variance, Stock Status, and Quality Hold reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to assess, document, and train personnel

About the Job

As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you would be a part of our CROSSMARK Field Intelligence Team. The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. To do this, you would spend the majority of your day walking and standing on the sales floor using a handheld device to scan products. The work is typically performed Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm with occasional weekend work. Once the initial one-on-one training is complete, this job provides some scheduling flexibility with the expectation that assigned work is completed within a specified deadline.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
