Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, ideally with a concentration in Lean principles or a related discipline. 2-4 years of project engineering with 1-2 years of project management experience is a plus. (Custom complex equipment experience preferred) Ability to understand equipment specifications, basic electrical controls, and review engineering submittals & equipment manuals for compliance. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all stakeholders and clients Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday. Capability to lift and carry light to moderate weight (typically up to 25-50 lbs.) as part of routine tasks. Comfortable performing physical activities in a fast-paced environment. Incorporation of AI is ideal. Utilize typical computer programs (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for new product line development assistance from concept to completion. Learn the basic theory of operation and sizing for water treatment equipment, technologies, including Ion exchange, membrane, depth/carbon, chemical injection. Seek out mentorship from the Application Engineers and Design Engineers to begin learning more in-depth industry standards and complex jobs. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Upperclassman working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another scientific field. Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, Macros, File linkage, Lookups, etc. Basic understanding of the function of mechanical and electromechanical components, including pumps and valves, etc. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Acrobat, Word experience with Reference Tools a Plus. Experience using AI ( Copilot) to improve efficiency ideal. Basic understanding of SolidWorks. Basic understanding of AutoCAD.
