The checks cashed for the most part, the pros kind of stop there
Strong nepotism, paired with buddy system blocking any real advancement or raises. Incompetence and narcissistic behavior in the top creates division in the lower levels. Tight with raises and recognition unless you're in tight with the nepotism.
Being lied to, it's great social conditioning when they make promises that aren't upheld.
I dont know never see him from the sheetmetal shop, his cousin isn't anything to be impressed with in terms of people skills, shields himself behind his lap"dog"
I would improve it by dismantling the sheet metal division and rebuilding from the ground up. None of it runs without drama and politics
