As a Residential Solar (RS) Monitoring Specialist, you are a member of one of IGS's fast-paced emerging businesses. A RS Monitoring Specialist is responsible for a variety of operations related tasks such as asset monitoring, working with third parties to resolve maintenance issues, processing invoices for service work, and a strong willingness to learn and tackle new problems. This role directly contributes to IGS's goal of scaling our Residential Solar business quickly and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor IGS' portfolio of installed systems using a combination of IGS' platform and manufacturers' monitoring profiles
Ensures the systems are performing optimally.
Identifies and investigates developing trends affecting system performance.
Assists with weekly calls with maintenance providers to review outstanding issues and to dispatch technicians when needed.
Monitors system behavior such as degradation, production, and underperforming systems to ensure optimal performance.
Supports IGS billing Analyst team in accurately billing customers, resolving discrepancies and addressing customer billing concerns.
Reviews and audits own completed work for accuracy, makes corrections when necessary, and timely reports status to management.
Review closed issues for appropriate documentation.
Review and approve service invoices for payment.
Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

**About the Role**
The Test Development Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of development for Licensure Examinations which adhere to the requirements detailed in each client's contract and industry practices. This position is client facing and includes content development and psychometric analysis responsibilities.

The Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating events and programming for residents and family members. This position creates an environment of wellness and engagement throughout the organization. The Events & Programs Specialist collaborates with other departments as well as the community at large to provide programming. Responsibilities
Participates in planning and leads creative community events and programs of interest to residents and families.
Organizes volunteers.
Prepares activity assessments and MDS for each resident according to regulatory requirements and completes participation in Care tracker.
Prepares progress notes per regulatory standards.
Assists with arranging transportation to events, programs and field trips as necessary.
Implements passive exercise and wellness programs on the nursing units.

Requirements
CNA certification preferred.
2 years of experience in social or recreational programming in a health care setting working with residents with Dementia preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated creativity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum qualification of 72 months combined experience in the following:
Career-Technical Education program development and/or Career-Technical Education program administration.
Educational counseling or career advising in middle school, high school, and/or postsecondary related to career-technical education and/or career connected learning.
Curriculum coordination - overseeing curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation of middle school, high school, and/or postsecondary for career-technical education and/or career connected learning.
Job Skills: Educational support
Provide guidance, coordination, and support to stakeholders for the implementation of high-quality programs of study according to section 124 of the Federal Perkins Act which includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
Monitors the CTE-26 application system used to approve funding for new and existing career-technical programs;
Reviews, proposes & formulates high-quality programs of study to ensure students have meaningful access and are engaged in high-quality CTE programs;
Provides technical assistance to Ohio Technical Centers to expand delivery of secondary CTE courses;
Monitors the Innovative Pathway Program to prepare students for employment in emerging careers that cross multiple career field pathways supported by in-demand or critical occupations;
Supports opportunities relevant to the provision of the Perkins Act Career-Technical Assurance Guides (CTAGs) and Career-Technical Articulation Verification (CTAV) initiative;
Collaborates as needed with other units in the office of Career-Technical Education, Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) and other state agencies to provide technical assistance.
Builds and maintains business and industry partnerships;
Provides technical assistance to school district personnel (e.g., integrating content standards into curriculum, Program of Study development/implementation);
Plans and provides professional development activities and technical assistance communication for administrators and educators;
Plans and designs strategies to support the implementation of new program models;
Reviews and analyzes program performance data.
Assists with the implementation of programs and activities associated with career-technical student organizations (i.e. Ohio DECA, Ohio BPA, Educators Rising).
Acts on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Office of Career-Technical Education (CTE) for the administration of career technical education programs according to state and federal laws:
Implements the state Perkins plan;
Reviews and approves local Perkins plans;
Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness;
Assures compliance with applicable Federal and State laws;
Provides technical assistance;
Uses state and federal guidelines to approve new program applications and improve existing programs;
Supports and develops State data systems relevant to the provision of the Perkins Act;
Researches exemplary models and best practices that enhance CTE programming;
Assists with the implementation of programs and activities associated with career-technical student organizations.
The work location of this position is 25 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. You will be required to report to this work location, if selected.
