The Member Experience team is the voice of Girl Scouts. If you have ever called or e-mailed us to find out about troop camp training opportunities, travel forms, or anything else, chances are you have spoken or corresponded with a member of this team. You can literally hear their smile when speaking to them and we absolutely adore that fact! Trust us when we tell you that this team will always win every baking competition, is super creative at coming up with fun ways to introduce new girls and parents to Girl Scouting, loves to write a good old fashioned thank you note to volunteers, and makes sure that our laptops work no matter where we are, to boot!

Led by the Chief Financial Officer, this team is small, and this team is mighty. The retail team runs our Girl Scout shops, with one located in Jupiter and the other in Tamarac. It's hard to enter one of these stores and not buy something. From flamingo key chains to shirts for Dad to badges and patches galore, we love to see our members shopping and smiling. Known for producing detailed budgets, running payroll like clockwork, and for receiving flawless audits, they love numbers, rulers, and back-up documentation. And like most professional Girl Scouts, they are so much more than what they do at the office! This group is an active bunch that that is involved in paddle boarding, Tae Kwan Do and more!

At Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, we are expanding our team of part-time Recruitment and Marketing Specialists (Recruitment Specialists) to reach new families, open new doors, and introduce girls across our region to the life-changing impact of Girl Scouting. This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. This is you, in schools, at community events, and in neighborhoods-talking with parents and helping girls take their first step into the world of Girl Scouts.
As a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist, you'll be the face of Girl Scouts in the community, attending events and staffing "pop-up" informational booths in schools, libraries, and faith-based organizations. Your job is to connect with families, showcase the benefits of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, and turn interest into action by helping them register on-site. You'll set up and manage recruitment booths, lead engaging activities with girls, answer questions with clarity and enthusiasm, and ensure we capture every lead and contact accurately for follow-up - if we don't succeed in registering them right then.
As a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist, you'll receive all the training and materials you need-from current marketing collateral to engaging talking points to technology to activity supplies-so you're never showing up unprepared. What we need from you is energy, initiative, tech-savvy and the ability to connect with both kids and adults in meaningful ways. You'll work independently, but always as part of a team that shares your goals.
The schedule for a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist is flexible and based on the events you're assigned to-days, evenings, and weekends depending on community need. You'll need reliable transportation and a strong internet connection at home to stay connected with staff and systems. You'll report results after each event and share updates on your progress. Expect to travel to multiple locations during peak seasons. The Recruitment and Marketing Specialist role is a non-benefitted, part-time position with no guaranteed hours or schedule, but with meaningful, mission-aligned work that makes a real difference.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of recent experience in outreach, sales, or education, and is comfortable working independently while managing multiple contacts and tasks. If you've ever been a Girl Scout Troop Leader-or just know what it means to build community-you're already ahead. Bilingual Spanish or French speakers are encouraged to apply.

Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Responsible for receiving all donations in an expedient, courteous manner and places items in the appropriate location in the production room or sales floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
Responsible for correctly labeling Gaylords.
Ensures that a receipt is offered to each donor, regardless of the size of the donation.
Inquires of any potential hazardous product being donated and provides locations list for proper disposal to the customer.
Writes up sales tickets and sold signs for furniture, electrical, and other large items.
Assists customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items to and from vehicles.
Maintains the placement of all merchandise and the organization of the production room by following PPM (picture process map) standards.
Assists in loading or unloading of merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers, as needed.
Safely operates pallet jack and walkie stacker.
Conducts daily safety inspection on all company owned equipment including walkie stackers. Follows and ensures all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
Provides floor care duties at a retail store, as needed.
Required to cross train in other store positions as business needs.
Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.

How This Role Makes a Difference
The Clinical Research Assistant is an entry level clinical position and is designed to fully integrate the individual in the Care Access Research process while learning the skills necessary to be a Clinical Research Coordinator. This position has potential growth and advancement within the Care Access Research organization.
How You'll Make An Impact
Ability to understand and follow institutional SOPs
Participate in recruitment and pre-screening events (may be at another location)
Assist with preparation of outreach materials
Identify potential participants by reviewing medical records, study charts and subject database
Assist with recruitment of new participants by conducting phone screenings
Request medical records of potential and current research participants
Schedule visits with participants, contact with reminders
Obtain informed consent per Care Access Research SOP, under the direction of the CRC
Complete visit procedures as required by protocol, under the direction of the CRC

Record data legibly and enter in real time on paper or e-source documents
Request study participant payments
Update all applicable internal trackers and online recruitment systems
Assist with query resolution
