Job Description
Position Objective
As a Restore Customer Service Associate you will work as a team with store management, and associates to facilitate the completion of all store level tasks. This position greets customers and provides an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers; merchandises goods on the sales floor; and creates signage if necessary. You will perform a variety of tasks related to different departments of ReStore including cash register, Home Decor Merchandising, Furniture building Materials, Storage Warehouse and other store related areas and functions.
Other tasks include complete daily organizational/cleaning task such as:
o Cleaning out donation processing area
o Maintain a safe working environment
o Develop planograms, vignettes and work with management to develop creative ways to sell donated merchandise
o Cleaning, dusting, mopping and emptying trash in all the areas of the store
o Follow all safety standards and regulations as per Employee Handbook.
o Provide other support and duties.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and cash register experience.
Knowledge of retail sales and/or retail experience.
Ability to work in a retail/warehouse environment.
Use of good judgement.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Pay: $14/hour

Program Leadership
