I've worked for Hacienda for over 12 years. The best part about Hacienda is the people! There are so many wonderful people that work for this company... even the CEO makes you feel like you are part of the Hacienda family!
Sometimes I work long hours, but I feel like my efforts are appreciated so I don't mind it as much.
Free food!
As a server assistant, I make lots of money for the little number of hours that I work. I also love the people and community. They are friendly and supportive.
I wish I could work more hours. It is difficult to get more than 15 hours per week. The managers have a difficult time making that happen.
I get almost all food on the Hacienda menu for half the original price.
The environment is friendly.
I don't feel much success or appreciation after finishing a job, which I'm searching for in Blacksmithing
