We are not only the oldest privately held freight transportation brokerage in the country, but also a widely recognized industry leader for over half a century.What you’ll do:Websites: keep track of customer-facing websites and review for accuracy, content, design, and functionality. Coordinate all communications with subscribers and web developers to keep projects moving along efficiently and inform stakeholders of the progress. Provide recommendations to improve UX and revenue-driving improvements by performing competitive analysis and evaluating internal data and content updates. Social Media: develop new social creatives, landing pages, and infographics to support our social media efforts. Monitor results and competitive promotions.Webinars: coordinate monthly webinar campaign, including creating and editing slide content, presentation design, promotion through social and email, hosting live webinar recordings, and facilitating post-event distribution.Competitive assessment: perform a competitive assessment of all digital marketing efforts to identify opportunities to improve processes using industry best practices. What we’re looking for:A highly organized go-getter and creative thinker with marketing aptitude who can create new ideas and independently turn them into actionable plans to drive revenue.Channel savvy; thoroughly understand and improve upon existing marketing initiatives across social and digital platforms.Detail oriented; must be able to focus on the details and take accountability.Great attitude, enthusiasm, and a quick learner; our industry is complex but filled with opportunities.Ability to manage multiple projects with ease, providing updates to applicable stakeholders in a timely manner.Strong Collaborator; in this role, you will be required to work with all marketing channels, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Tech Savvy; knowledge of computer scripts languages like HTML, using digital software like Photoshop, analyzing and testing links, and ensuring compatibility with smartphones. An eye for detail, skills in technology and marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are vital for this position.Skills you should bring to the table:3-5 years of experience working with websites, social, and all digital channel placements.Creativity: understanding of the importance of brand consistency and how it should appear across channels.Must be proactive, and able to act independently and with a team. Communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively both orally and in writing.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment; act with a sense of urgency and respond quickly.Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team.Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
