A Hadoop Administrator runs and manages Hadoop clusters and the other resources in the Hadoop ecosystem for a company. His/Her job is to install and maintain Hadoop clusters and ecosystems, thereby preventing problems and enhancing overall performance. He/She adds and removes nodes using cluster monitoring tools like Cloudera Manager. He/She plans and estimates if there is a need to lower or increase the capacity of the Hadoop cluster.
