Hadrian works with startups, Primes and Tier 1/2s in all markets to cost-down, scale or otherwise enable them to hit production rates on critical programs in Rocketry, Satellites, Shipbuilding, Commercial and Military aircraft and other core, mission critical industries.

Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar high-level administrative role is highly desirable.
Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. business compliance, contract management, and procurement processes is advantageous.
Financial Management: Assists with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Communication: Manages correspondence, drafts reports and presentations, liaises with stakeholders, and ensures seamless coordination across departments.
Project Management: Oversees executive-level projects, meeting deadlines and managing deliverables effectively.
Organizational Efficiency: Implements systems to enhance productivity, streamline workflow, and support business operations.
Time Management: Prioritizes competing demands, ensuring executives stay on schedule with meetings, deadlines, and commitments.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjusts to shifting priorities with ease.

Compensation and Benefits
For this role, the target salary range is $100,000 - $135,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

What we’re looking for:
Proposal Writing - deep understanding of and ability to author a winning response to an Navy Request For Proposal (RFP) and manage the process from initial contact to closing. Confident in and able to articulate their
win strategy
. Confident in handling objections and strategically closing deals. Deep insight into the customer requirements as written in the RFP.
Sales Acumen - deep understanding of and ability to manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Confident in handling objections and strategically closing deals. Deeply understands customer problems and is able to speak directly to their needs.
Strategic Thinking - thinks critically about deal strategy. Can assess each customer’s/deal’s nuances and craft strategies to increase chance of closing or increase volume. Understands how to position the product competitively within the market landscape. Recognizes opportunities for upsells, renewals, and long-term account growth. Is proactive in sharing customer asks/feedback/concerns with GTM & product teams.
Project Management - Strong time management and work ethic. Skilled in juggling multiple accounts and balancing priorities efficiently. Works well with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail, ensures accuracy in proposals, contracts, and communications.
Industry Knowledge - Deep technical & product understanding, able to grasp technical specifications and how the product solves industry-specific problems. Generates market insights, maintains awareness of industry trends, challenges, and (bonus) regulations.
Adaptability - has worked in a startup, is familiar with demanding but constantly changing environments. Can move quickly. Can adjust approaches and strategies in response to feedback or unexpected challenges. Maintains motivation and positive attitude despite setbacks.
Relationship Building - Has strong interpersonal skills, easily connects with various stakeholders, including engineers and supply chain teams. Responsibilities will include:
Focusing on U.S. Navy business:
Write a winning proposal.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities with major defense and aerospace companies
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Work collaboratively with our supply chain team to provide the best possible service and support to the clients
Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and progress towards targets
Create value add solutions, demonstrating our capabilities through remote and in-person meetings
Lead the customer onboarding process
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including changes in technology, competition, and customer needs.
Maintain keen knowledge of the status of the DoN budget and overall President’s Budget progress relative to the availability of federal funds to Hadrian.

COMPLETELY conversant in U.S. Navy warfighting needs, especially as related to logistics.
Skilled in using data to understand customer behavior.
Familiarity with data analysis methods.
