Further, the company provides line maintenance and non-technical support services, such as transit checks, meet and greet and overnight services, and cabin refurbishment; and special services, including scheduled depot maintenance, contract field team deployment, and drop in maintenance. HAECO Americas LLC was formerly known as TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. As a result of its acquisition by Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company its name was changed. The company was founded in 1990 and is based in Greensboro, North Carolina. It has locations in Lake City, Florida; Macon, Georgia; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Oscoda, Michigan. As of February 6, 2014, HAECO Americas LLC operates as a subsidiary of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited.
