JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Lab Technician to join our facility. The Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Lab Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas well as maintains quality control measures. The individual is also responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks including prepping and packaging.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Manufacturing:
Responsible for the preparation of Cresco Labs extraction, facilitating the processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cresco Labs
Responsible for product processing and product formulation
Lab bench work and product filtrations
Work in various environmental conditions, including colder temperatures.
Provide assistance across multiple facility departments as required.
Perform data entry and documentation tasks in adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
Facility Cleaning:
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities including washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc…
Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years of experience in a laboratory or similar regulated environment with a strong focus on health and safety compliance.
Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Purpose

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Cresco's Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee our Facility Maintenance Technicians, coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Oversee building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed
Ability to delegate tasks, putting together work lists for the Facility Maintenance Technicians

Purpose:
The Bilingual Care Coordinator assists patients and prescribers with medication questions, coordinates prescription refill(s), updates billing information, and addresses patient concerns while translating to patients in Spanish as needed. This position assumes the primary roles of patient care coordinator, insurance resolution specialist & order management technician for the RxARECARE program. Possesses a strong grasp of financial assistance programs that patients may qualify for and assists in enrolling patients in said programs. Provides bilingual support to patients and providers requesting a Spanish interpreter in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:
Communicates with patients via phone to establish rapport, introduce program offerings, ensure clinical compliance, authorize next shipment of medication, and coordinates any other patient questions.
Conducts physician office welcome calls to provide a program overview and complete enrollment in physician office communications preference plans.

Purpose
The Manager, Quality - Fulfillment will oversee and advance the quality program for the PANTHERx pharmacy fulfillment centers in Pittsburgh, PA, and Collierville, TN. This role provides leadership to the quality team, supervises senior quality specialists, and ensures that operations meet and exceed accreditation standards. Responsibilities

Partners with pharmacy operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure integration of quality improvements into workflows.
Works closely with fulfillment center leadership to standardize quality practices across both facilities.
Presents quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to leadership.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and accreditation bodies.
Travels approximately 25% to fulfillment centers in Pittsburgh, PA, and Collierville, TN, to support quality oversight and alignment across sites.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, quality management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality, regulatory compliance, or operations in a pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industry.
Supervisory/leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, NABP, etc.).
Demonstrated success in implementing CQI programs and managing audits/accreditations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, quality management, or related field.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
**How you will contribute:**
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
· You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.

About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
· Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
· Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
· Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
· Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
· 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful
