Please submit as part of your application process.* Position Summary: The Creative Director will oversee the execution of the Haggar brand in multiple marketing channels, from apparel packaging to digital marketing, while being a positive tone-setter for a collaborative team of creative problem-solvers. They will develop and manage major conceptual projects, while also overseeing the production of all B2B and B2C content created for the Haggar brand. The Creative Director will partner with the studio team on commercial campaigns, seasonal photoshoots and ECOM content, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization. Essential Job Functions: * Ensure the consistency of the Haggar brand across all creative outputs, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and brand values. * Oversee the development of innovative packaging solutions that align with brand standards and consumer expectations. * Drive the creation of engaging digital campaigns, email marketing, social content, and e-commerce assets that enhance brand presence and deliver measurable results. * Foster a strong, growth-minded team culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect. * Ensure clear, consistent communication of expectations, priorities, and deadlines within the creative team. * Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables. * Establish and refine processes that guarantee projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. * Ensure documentation of key creative workflows, brand guidelines, and team responsibilities for efficiency and continuity. * Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the agility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment. * Mentor, coach, and develop managers and team members, providing clear career growth pathways and feedback. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field. General Experience Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in leadership/management within fashion, retail, or apparel. Skills and Knowledge: * Experience leading cross-functional creative teams (designers, stylists, photographers, marketing partners). * Strong collaboration skills with merchandising, product development, sourcing, and marketing teams. * Deep understanding of men's fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and finishes. * Experience in concept-to-market creative direction-from mood boards and sketches to final production. * Familiarity with digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite). Bonus Qualifications: * Master's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience managing or collaborating on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to streamline workflow and cross-team collaboration. * Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across internal teams, leadership, and external partners. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication and reporting. You will assist the Inventory Management team and be exposed to the fundamentals of forecasting and supply planning. Supply Chain Planning Intern Duties and Responsibilities * Learn the fundamentals of forecasting, inventory strategies, and supply chain * Manage and maintain inventory and safety stock to meet inventory goal levels * Ensure timely and accurate forecasts of customer demand by analyzing forecast variances, orders, and retail sales trends * Assist in the collection, preparation, and analysis of data * Participate in internal review meetings with the sales team for collaborative forecasting consensus Project Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project.
