Shoe Stylist (P/T) The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales. Responsibilities ● Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer. ● Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service. ● Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts. ● Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels. ● Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed. ● Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
