The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in delivering public works utilities and roadway design projects, an established network of municipal clients, and knowledge of established practices in regional clients' rotation lists, on-calls and pre-qualification pools in the Jacksonville area. This position will entail the leadership of multiple Public Works teams, training and mentorship of team leaders and civil engineering staff, and oversight of large/complex projects.
