    Land Development Graduate Civil Engineer / EI Halff has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer in our Land Development group, in Tampa, FL. This position will assist in the design/planning land and site development projects, working as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a PE. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has specific experience in land development and stormwater modeling in Florida.
