The Fresh & Arils Inventory Lead will follow procedures to create and monitor inventory levels and accuracy, supporting Fresh and Scale house functions. The Fresh & Arils Inventory Lead will collaborate with various departments in the preparation for the fresh season, as well as the post-season Completion, and other ad hoc fresh projects. The fresh and Arils Inventory lead will support the Beverage Inventory Department and Conveyance Department as needed.
Job Description
What our Fresh & Arils Inventory Lead will do:
Create, Update, and Review Fresh, and Arils SWS/SOP's in preparation for fresh season and new processes related to the fresh inventory and related tasks.
Create and Print out cycle counts for Weekly and End of Month counts.
Complete physical counts.
Review and Reconcile Raw Material, Finished Goods, or Setbacks and identify Root Cause for errors and communicate back to Fresh Inventory Control Supervisor.
Work with other departments to correct variances that can be corrected through normal processes
Complete inventory adjustments in Oracle as necessary to correct variances that cannot be corrected through normal processes.
Direct other employees completing front line tasks related to Fresh, Arils, Lemon, and Scale house functions or other ad hock projects.
Perform Back -up roll for Beverage Inventory Control department to include:
Operation of Forklift to correct inventory Variances and other tasks.
Creation of Inventory count reports utilizing established systems and processes.
Reconcile, Auditing, and Correction of inventory counts using Oracle and other systems.
Other ad hock Beverage Inventory functions as needed.
Other Miscellaneous function as assigned by supervisor / Manager.
Qualifications
Skills & experience that are necessary as our Fresh & Arils Inventory Lead will include, but not be limited to:
Functional knowledge of Oracle R12
Advanced knowledge of PC software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Open-minded, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask effectively and motivated to learn.
Must be flexible with the daily work schedule.
Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to travel to outside Warehouses and Facilities.
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
Forklift Certified.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Ability to operate forklift equipment safely
Compensation Range: $19.50 to $21.50 an hour
