the fact that i am basically the lowest on the totem pole but can have a discussion with the CEO everybody's approachable for feedback

the work itself i enjoy being outside and the sometimes hard work gives me a sense of purpose. honestly I like muddy puddles more than Peppa pig!
This is a company that is run by passionate people who like to have the work they are given completed right and in a timely manner. Those that work here are treated with respect and also have a voice in the company, no matter the hierarchy placement they have. There is also a lot of personal choice (with covid being a big topic in companies, HI has left it up to the individual to decide personal medical matters instead of lording over their employees about how they approach covid safety. They give the information and let their employees decide, something I'm not sure some companies can claim any longer). There is a lot of growth opportunity too.
If you don't like a small company vibe, you may not enjoy as it is a smaller company. There is also a lot of work to do, so be prepared to be always busy.
