We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Compensation Principal to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role will be a key partner in designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation programs that align with our business objectives, support talent retention, and comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in executive pay structures, incentive plan design, market benchmarking, and governance practices, while demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior leadership within a publicly held company. Role Responsibilities:
Design and manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity plans.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company strategy.
Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including developing presentations, analyses, and benchmarking data. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure materials are timely and relevant.
Lead the development of the annual proxy/CD&A disclosures and ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations on executive pay governance, shareholder engagement, and Say-on-Pay.
Maintain equity policies, LTI eligibility criteria, and tracking for Senior Leaders.
Liaise with incentive plan participants/executives around compensation with clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
Provide strategic guidance on executive offers, promotions, and retention packages.
Monitor trends, best practices, and legislative changes in executive compensation and corporate governance.
Assist with ad hoc executive compensation related inquiries, including, preparing exhibits, charts, graphs, and tables.
Responsible for global mobility and relocation programs and compliance and partner with HRBPs, Finance, Tax and Legal to ensure proper administration and governance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in compensation.
3+ years of executive compensation experience.
3+ years of experience working in a publicly-held company.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or CEP/CECP would be highly preferred.
Deep knowledge of executive pay practices, equity compensation, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, IRS, FASB).
Experience supporting Compensation Committees and preparing proxy disclosures.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Annual Salary Range: $103,300 - 134,200. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.

Job Description
The Fleet Operation Support Specialist is an administrative and operational role that primarily focuses on coordinating fleet maintenance, vehicle assignments, documentation, scheduling, tracking, vehicle compliance, database accuracy, and cost controls. The Support Specialist provides exceptional customer service, collaborates with team members, customers and outside vendors ensuring timelines are met, vehicles are compliant, and department KPIs are maintained.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform various clerical and administrative duties relating to the Fleet Management program fulfillment.
Maintain vehicle files, records, billing files, invoice payments, outside vendor, and service provider relationships.
Maintain detailed accurate, up-to-date information for assigned vehicles via Fleet Management systems including assignments, service requests, registration data, repair, and service records in compliance of State, Federal, and other regulations.
Analyze, manage, and report customer vehicle information/ shop throughput via daily report and query capabilities.
Work with customers, both internal and external, to resolve escalated service issues and support during catastrophic events.
Work with manager to utilize team resources to ensure efficiency, quality work product, and effective customer service against key performance indicators.
Work with Leader to achieve customer's expectations of department deliverables through proactive communications, establish and maintain relationships with customers.
Respond to customer inquiries relating to assigned customer vehicles, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems.
May be required to provide detailed vehicle information to support utilization and reliability.
Utilize the fleet asset maintenance systems to monitor and track vehicle repairs.
Communicate and schedule repairs/enhancements with Fleet Services management and location Technicians.
Monitor vehicle through Fleet Services fulfillment process to ensure timeline commitment is met. Review completed work ensuring customer quality standards are achieved and/or exceeded. May follow up with customer to confirm completion and satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include:
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field.
Strong proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office programs, and internet-based applications
Self-motivated, able to manage expectations, prioritize work to meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
Ability to perform data analysis and make recommendations on changes to policies, procedures, processes, or methods as needed.

DUTIES
* Preventive Maintenance and repairs on ThermoKing, Carrier and other refrigeration equipment, Preventive maintenance and repair, DOT inspections on Freightliner and Mack Trucks, trailers out of Service Truck with little or no supervision.
* Diagnose and repair/replace compressors, coils, electrical components, etc
* Always follows and complies with safe operating practices and procedures.
* Independently manage parts inventory and equipment provided on company-issued service truck and perform periodic reconciliation.

* Identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, using sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives.
* Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.
* Assist Mobile Trailer Technician I with diagnostics.
REQUIREMENTS
* High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate
could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS
diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment
* Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
* Obtain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification T8 (PMI) within eighteen (18) months.
* Obtain 608/609 certification within eighteen (18) months.
* This position follows regulations issued by the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Candidate must be able to successfully complete and pass a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical prior to employment.
* A current and valid DOT medical card with more than four (4) months remaining until its expiration may be submitted in leu of a DOT physical. If the DOT medical card has four (4) months or less of validity remaining, a DOT physical will be required.
* Due to interstate operating authority commerce regulations, candidates must be at least 21 years or older.
* Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. Candidate must hold a valid state-of-residence driver's license, be able to obtain and maintain their Driver Qualification File.

The Portfolio Manager manages and grows a portfolio of dealer clients across the assigned Baltimore/DC territory with lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities
Optimize each client's use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio whose lines of credit range from $50,000 to $2,500,000 by acting as floor plan subject matter expert to their portfolio of clients.
Achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company by regularly engaging with clients in person or virtually by collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth and risk mitigation.
Educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
Collect and analyze client financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance and address with the dealer as appropriate to drive growth and manage risk.

Physical inspection of inventory, and accuracy of audits and repossession as necessary. Inspect what is expected to ensure quality control, inventory, audit self- reconciliation, addition of inventory and buying behaviors.
Serve as a fiduciary for the company including identifying and reporting to the company any material client or internal non-compliance with company policies, attempted or actual fraud upon the company or any other circumstance that may require identification and reporting to protect the company.
