Experience * Previous experience in mechanic work or equipment repair preferred. * New or recent technical school graduates also encouraged to apply. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments Skills * Must have knowledge of theory, principles and repairs relating to internal combustion engines, electrical circuits and mechanical mechanisms. * Equipment repair: Experience in repairing various types of machinery and equipment * Heavy lifting: Capability to lift heavy objects as required * Generator repair: Experience in repairing generators or power systems preferred but not required * Schematics: Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams * Service technician: Skills in providing technical support and troubleshooting issues * Skilled in the use of test equipment and well versed in the use of computers.
