Experience & Education Required * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of experience in R&M, Technical Services, or Product Line Operations (preferably in oilfield services or energy). * At least 5 years in a leadership role managing global or multi-regional teams. Preferred * Proven success in process simplification, standardization, and digital transformation. * Experience in cross-functional collaboration to align technical practices. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required * Strong leadership and collaboration skills. * Deep technical knowledge of R&M processes and documentation. * Strategic thinker focused on standardization and continuous improvement. * Proven ability to lead change and implement governance frameworks. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
