I loved my job in Leavenworth. I did my best throughout my 18 years of service. I gave it my all. I would never say a bad word about anyone.
In my experience with Hallmark is that they tend to hire all family members. And most them are worthless and they are allowed their behavior. It's not fair.
My favorite benefits is that I was able to work with a lot of wonderful people. It was teamwork. The benefits used to be really good but has slowly been depleted.
I like the most about CEO's and the leadership at Leavenworth to be honest, fair, and they listened.
I would improve the dignity of people. I was hired on 1989-2007; when I was fired for something I didn't do or say to anyone. No one would listen to me. To my point of view. I never did anything they said I did. I supposedly said something to someone that I didn't even know. What they said I did was inexcusable and I would never say that to anyone. The loss of my job let me no self worth, no benefits, and a large sense of confusion as I didn't know what I was fired for. I called my supervisor three weeks later only to find out why. I was consumed with devistation.
I didn't really prepare for an interview. It happened so quickly. I filled out the application and was hired very quickly. We were new to the area as we were stationed at Fort Leavenworth!
My friends, co workers, the fast pace of the position. I loved every minute I worked there..Then boom, was fired! How would you feel??
Not many. You get 75% off at the double discount store. That’s about it
Don’t work there if you are not white. Really bad diversity

Are you kidding!! This is a lily white team
The end of the day. A bunch of white people
They’re really good about job movement all though some departments especially packaging are very bias and sometimes hold you back from progressing.
Workers are extremely rude and cruel to one another. Management and HR do not protect workers even though they say they do. You have to have very thick skin to work here.
I love my department. I’m fortunate to have many opportunities for advancement and my manager is wonderful.
The CEO visits our facility about once a year.
Packing has terrible management apathetic.
Most departments on entry level positions they’ll hire anyone just call non stop to make sure you will get an interview.
