Brief Description:
The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.
Responsibilities:
Water extraction and mitigation
Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
Microbial remediation
Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
Demolition
(Demo Day!)
Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
Provide the highest level of customer service
with empathy
All other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Forest Lake, MN Pay: $24-$30 per hour DOE Schedule: Days, 7:00am- 4:00pm We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and efficient operation of facility equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair work, committed to safety, and capable of performing both routine and preventative maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor and routine maintenance activities including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and related tasks using appropriate hand tools.
Conduct and record routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Maintain and clean wash tanks in the paint area and perform regular maintenance on the cure oven.
Notify management of major repair needs or unsafe conditions.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe operating conditions.
Follow all safety procedures and comply with hazardous waste handling and reporting standards.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Perform additional duties assigned to support maintenance and production operations.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous maintenance or facility repair experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, manuals, and schematics.
Demonstrated organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Working knowledge of electrical systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.

Local Pay: $45/hr
Travel Pay:
Overall Weekly Pay: $1,937.25

Requirements:
Active State RN License or Multi-State Compact License
2+ years of clinical RN experience demonstrating solid assessment and visualization skills.
Proven ability to function at highest level within Product of practice.
Patient education and pro-active disease management experience.
Excellent assessment and care coordination skills.
Job Description:
