Cons of working at Hamilton Health Care System
There is a cut-off between the VP's (and execs) and the employees that actually do the patient care. They are apparently going to stop offering health insurance at the end of 2020.

Cons of working at Hamilton Health Care System
The atmosphere among the RN’s who make up 90% of the floor staff is stagnant. They are dissatisfied and emotionally bankrupt. New RN’s are educated by the willing staff as opposed to quality candidates. It is a competitive and penal attitude among coworkers, not a supportive and cooperative team effort. Education on the floor is disorganized and sloppy. No common goal on units. Dog eat dog world.
