Sets up line for each meal, fixes plates according to patient's diets. Prepares and fixes all patient late trays.
Sets up cafeteria line for each meal, serves employees and visitors. Responsible for removing food off cafeteria line, labeling and dating food for refrigeration. Always clean all work areas after each use.
Prepare morning snacks for employees and set up cafeteria line.
Wash all pots and pans after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean sinks after each use.
Responsible for all daily and extra cleaning assignments for cooks assigned by food service director.
Assist in preparing special functions, board meeting dinners, luncheons, and parties.
May receive and check daily deliveries. Keep record of supplies used each day from stockroom. May assist with pricing and putting up stock after deliveries.

Makes sauces, soups. Stews, casseroles and desserts meeting established dietary guidelines.
Cooks' meat, fish and fowl in a variety of ways such as baking, roasting, broiling and steaming.
Tests food being cooked to ensure doneness. Adjusts heat controls as necessary.
Improves flavor and texture of food by adding ingredients or seasonings.
Observes infection control practices at all times.
Maintains kitchen in a clean, neat and organized manner.
