The Anna Shaw Children's Institute (ASCI) is a developmental behavioral practice and an affiliate of Hamilton Healthcare System, Inc. (HHCS). ASCI was created as a responsive entity to meet the medical and psychological pediatric care services needed for children with developmental delays and/or the behavioral issues related to those delays within Dalton, Georgia and the surrounding region. Additionally, the ASCI will provide Physical, Occupational, Speech and Feeding therapy services to the same pediatric population. As an essential member of the care team, the pediatric neuropsychologist will collaborate with other team members to conduct a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the developmental and psychological status of a child or adolescent. He/she will administer, score, evaluate, and report intellectual, cognitive, behavioral, personality, and neuropsychological test data; including findings. The findings should be reported accordingly to the parents or guardians of the child, disciplinary team, and other health professionals who are directly involved in the care of the child or early adolescent. Educational programming recommendations may be formulated by the child psychologist based on the assessment findings. Additionally, the psychologist will work closely with the psychology team to recommend management of psychosocial aspects of chronic and acute conditions by providing recommendations for the child (and family) to assist with needed counseling, strategies for success and promotion of safety, understanding and good mental health. He/she will participate as an active treatment team member, demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the life cycle and demonstrate an understanding reflective of the patient's current status, age (functional), diagnosis and specific needs when completing recommendations. Other duties may include supervision of post-doctoral fellows and/or psychometrists.

This role supervises associates and activities related to the operations for the Food Services and Retail/Catering department. This role will ensure that all areas of operations are coordinated timely including supplies, plates & utensils, food products, HACCP, and deliveries. This role is responsible for the Inventory Management of the department including FMS, Inventory Control, ordering & receiving, stock room management, and Cater Trax. This role supports the retail/catering operations as directed by the retail/catering manager to include leading events, delivering catering, and completing related paperwork. This role will conduct patient satisfaction support duties as designated by the CNM & GM. This includes meal rounds, tray assessments, and new admission education. On an as needed basis, this role will serve as a working supervisor in the retail, patient services, or utility area. This role will lead and supervise the associates who are responsible for receiving, unloading, & replenishing stock items. This role will be responsible for scheduling of associates within the areas of responsibility. In the absence of other Food Services or Retail/Catering Supervisors, this role will fill for those job functions. The EPIC Hospital Billing Analyst works with leadership to establish priorities for the Epic billing module, assisting systems analysts in implementing Epic Resolute updates and establishing Epic Resolute best practices and procedures. Reviews release notes from Epic for optimization opportunities to improve hospital and professional billing functionality and processes. Serves as the "go-to" analyst for review and resolution of complex build issues within the application team along with being the point person in completing workflow analysis with our operational partners.
