General Description

Responsibilities:
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for providing accounting support for Hamilton-Madison House's government contracts, including budgets, financial reporting, preparing vouchers and justifying expenses for drawdowns
The Accountant will also assist with the monthly close process, financial reporting, collaborate with colleagues of the Finance Department regularly, pitch-in for colleagues as needed, and provide excellent support to staff across the organization.

Compensation: $72,000 to $78,000 Annually
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; weekend hours as needed
