Cryptographic Vulnerability Analyst Job, Remote or Imperial, NE
The Vulnerability Analyst will gather and analyze customer information, configure vulnerability scans, analyze the results of the scans, determine if the results are complete and free of possible false positives, generate reports, and provide feedback on findings, with remediation recommendations included where necessary. The Vulnerability Analyst provides sales support in the form of participation in sales calls relevant to the vulnerability scanning service, conference attendance, collaboration with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) partners, and other tasks as needed. CampusGuard, a Nelnet company, provides cybersecurity and compliance services for campus-based organizations including higher education institutions, healthcare providers, state and local government agencies, utilities and hospitality markets. Minimum acceptable education requirements: Bachelor's degree, and/or 3 years' experience in a security analyst, vulnerability analyst, or closely related role Note: Candidate must agree to prepare for and pass the PCI Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) certification within two months of hire, and any other certifications as directed by his or her manager.
