In this role, you will act as Chief Growth Officer, responsible for building and leading Coderio's entire revenue engine. You will own sales strategy, marketing alignment, outbound execution, enterprise pipeline development, partnerships, and revenue operations. What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
Own the full revenue strategy, including new business acquisition, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, channel partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
Build and lead a US-based outbound organization composed of SDRs, enterprise account executives, and revenue operations.
Create and scale a predictable pipeline of enterprise deals ranging from 300K to 3M USD.
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI and Data productized offerings and modernization services.
Oversee marketing alignment across messaging, positioning, demand generation, content, and events.

Job Summary
Paramedics demonstrate competency in trauma and medical situations and possess the knowledge and the necessary skills to provide lifesaving interventions in a pre-hospital setting. Administer emergency care and treatment and determine the nature and extent of illness or injury and establishes priority for required emergency care. Paramedics provide advanced medical care to patients. Complex knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care and transportation. Paramedics, based on their assessment, will provide emergency care to adults, infants and children, medical and trauma patients. Constantly assess the patient while in route to the emergency facility, administers additional care as indicated or given by medical direction. Paramedics may use equipment included in the medical transport environments. Observe, record, and report to physician the patient's condition or injury, the treatment provided, and reactions to drugs or treatment at the emergency scene and in transit to the receiving facility staff for purposes of records and diagnostics.
Paramedics will demonstrate good communication with the receiving facility to get medical direction and to provide patient's status and other critical information. Complete extensive written documentation on patient condition and treatment provided, as well as understand all applicable legal, moral and ethical issues surrounding the emergency medical service. Paramedics maintain communication with the patient and the family, comforts and reassures patients and be able to demonstrate concern and courtesy while maintaining confidentiality of the patient's information. Assist with patient care in the receiving facility; lifting and moving patients as required. Provide welcoming and educational environment for students and complete any academic assessments in a timely fashion.
Physical activities include but not limited to will require considerable use of arms and legs and moving of whole body; such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials. Attend training classes to maintain national certification, state licensure, and keep abreast of new developments in the field, or maintain existing knowledge. Depending on location of position, work hours will vary depending on patient needs. This may include overtime, call, backup call, nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
If hired into an emergency department, the paramedic will work collaboratively with nursing team under the direction & supervision of the attending physician. The paramedic may perform EKGs and cardiac monitoring, assist with patient triage, preform and maintain IV therapy, respiratory management and therapy, orthopedic splinting, basic wound management, and any other skills and assessments as directed by the attending physicians. Paramedics can perform all hospital approved skills and procedures under the direction of the attending physician within their scope of practice.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Paramedic Technology or Paramedicine preferred.
Thorough knowledge of paramedic principles, practices and techniques, knowledge of how various equipment, such as a monitor or defibrillator, work and how to troubleshoot problems that may arise.
Hold national registry status at a Paramedic level. Additional training provided/workshops and staff meetings are to be attended as per policy.
Depending on state requirements, individuals may need to have a state license. Additional licensures as required depending
upon state; Paramedic (PAR) Certification, National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) Incident Command System

Your tasks * Lead shift operations for four 6,100-ton aluminum HPDC machines (automotive large castings), delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets through effective staffing, pacing, and daily execution. * * Supervise and control melting/holding operations to ensure correct alloy/chemistry, temperature, metal cleanliness, and metal supply to presses; maintain required melt logs and escalate out-of-spec conditions.

* Ensure stable casting performance by enforcing standard work and approved process windows (start-ups, parameter control, die lube/thermal control, changeovers, and shutdowns), and coordinating die swaps/tool readiness.

* Own shift-level quality performance: first-off approvals, SPC/critical checks, defect recognition and containment, scrap control, and rapid response to quality alerts.
*
* Drive uptime by leading real-time troubleshooting of downtime/scrap and coordinating Maintenance/Automation/Tooling support; execute immediate countermeasures and follow through on root-cause actions.
*
* Maintain strong safety and housekeeping discipline (LOTO, guarding/interlocks, hot metal handling, crane/rigging, PPE, 5S) and develop team capability through coaching, shift huddles, and clear pass-down reporting.

Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. Possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed. Demonstrates ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions and respond effectively to assist in an emergent situation.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents. Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
