As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store. Complete money transactions/receipts for memberships and program registrations. 6. Learn and operate DAXKO MemberST system independently. 7. Handle and resolve membership concerns and inform supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues. 8. Attend monthly department meetings and scheduled All-Staff meetings. 9. Crew members will join a team of peers to complete conservation and infrastructure projects on Pennsylvania's public lands over the course of the season.
