Brand Strategy & Stewardship
Support the evolution and implementation of HGA's brand strategy, visual identity, messaging, and positioning across all internal and external touchpoints.

Program & Project Management

Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative operations team, including the visual asset manager, photography specialist, creative project manager, graphic designer, and multimedia designer.
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to support individual growth and strong team performance.
Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, and project assignments to ensure clarity, balance, and alignment with business needs.
Conduct performance evaluations and guide career development planning for team members.

Manage vendor relationships and external creative freelancers to supplement capacity and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Creative Direction & Execution

Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, and multimedia specialists, offering constructive feedback that keeps work on-tone and on-strategy.
Contribute hands-on support for signature, high-visibility projects such as campaign assets, presentations, thought leadership reports, and video storyboarding.
Advise on visual storytelling best practices and ensure all work reflects HGA's design culture, values, and strategic point of view.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing leaders across sectors and regions to align brand activities with business goals and audience insights.
Partner with Internal Communications on firmwide messaging, cultural storytelling, and internal campaigns.
Collaborate with Digital teams on website, social media, and digital content execution to ensure brand consistency and strong audience engagement.
Insights, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Monitor brand performance and gather insights from analytics, stakeholder feedback, and competitive analysis.
Identify opportunities for brand innovation, improved audience engagement, and stronger expression of the firm's strategy and point of view.
Continually evolve brand systems and processes to support a modern, scalable, and effective brand.
You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, visual communications, or a related field
12+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications, including experience managing people or creative teams
Strong understanding of both visual and verbal brand strategy-and the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance
Experience managing brand systems, guidelines, and multi-channel brand execution
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
Ability to provide constructive creative feedback and work effectively with graphic designers, video producers, photographers, and other specialists
Working knowledge of visual design, photography, and/or video production sufficient to brief, evaluate, and collaborate with creative professionals

Salary Information:

In this role you will:
drive HGA's public relations strategy and campaign management;
partner with the PR Director to develop and execute an annual PR strategy and editorial calendar aligned with firmwide and sector priorities

develop compelling story angles that connect HGA's design work to industry and community conversations;
research media outlets, editorial calendars, and current news topics to inform proactive outreach for national media submissions;
build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in relevant markets and sectors;
manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews, background materials, and talking points for HGA leaders;
track, analyze, and report PR results through dashboards and regular updates to internal teams;
perform media research, maintain media lists, and monitor industry trends using Meltwater; become a subject matter expert on the tool;
curate and share social media posts that highlighting media coverage and reinforce brand positioning;
support internal and external communications needs related to earned media initiatives; and
attend select in-person events, interviews, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and visibility.
You will need to have:
5-7 years of experience in public relations or strategic communications (agency or in-house), supported by formal PR training or education
Proven track record securing earned media coverage at local, regional, and national levels and manage relationships with journalists and editors
Deep understanding of media strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building
Strong ability to influence and build alignment with diverse internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, through clarity, context, and well-supported recommendations.
Familiarity with PR measurement tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Muck Rack)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across press materials and thought-leadership content
Strategic thinker able to plan and manage multi-phase PR campaign with attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. We are seeking dynamic, sales driven candidates to work a year round program with 5 hour shifts on Saturday and/or Sunday. Additional days may be added during holidays and sales. Successful demonstrators create excitement and an enhanced customer experience around brewing the perfect cup of coffee or espresso. Demonstrators educate consumers on all aspects of our client's products to achieve daily/weekly sales goals.

In this role you will:
lead internal project teams and guide development of impactful design solutions through original insight and strategic thinking;
collaborate with architectural and interior design teams to deliver innovative interior environments across diverse market sectors;
conduct material and concept research to support and inform design development, ensuring technical excellence and creative integrity;
communicate and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and researchers;
collaborate on project timelines and documentation from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and firm-wide best practices;
mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to foster growth and maintain design excellence; and

You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program
8 years minimum professional experience in interior design
NCIDQ or CID accreditation preferred
Knowledge of:
interior design concepts, materials, and furnishing requirements - including concepts, practices, standards and principles;
thorough understanding of the technical process for large and small-scale interiors projects;
building materials, specifications, and construction techniques;
applicable codes (city, state, federal); and
finish materials, FF&E selection and specification, interior design components for millwork / casework and construction detailing.
Proficiency in Revit required; experience with 3D tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, and other graphic tools highly desired
Fluent knowledge of adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite
Experience with space planning and technical skills including 3D visualization, design detailing, and construction documentation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $77,100 - $89,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
