You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, visual communications, or a related field
12+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications, including experience managing people or creative teams
Strong understanding of both visual and verbal brand strategy-and the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance
Experience managing brand systems, guidelines, and multi-channel brand execution
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders

Salary Range: $119,900 - 152,700 depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description
SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Controls Manager - Reporting Unit for the California High-Speed Rail (CAHSR) Program. This role develops and implements reporting strategies, oversees program and enterprise-level reporting, supports project-level needs, and serves as a key liaison within the Project Controls and Project Financial Office to ensure coordinated financial reporting.

This role serves as a subject matter expert and technical lead for document control operations and systems, supporting both current project needs and the Authority's enterprise-wide document control initiatives.
