Actively and regularly participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns and assigned tasks to grow business, create repeat guest requests and meet sales and retail goals.
Displaying a professional, positive, outgoing, energetic and respectful attitude towards guests and coworkers at all times.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Delivering support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, sms) in a fast-paced
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
