Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

* Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
* Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
* Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
Physical Demands:
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
* Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-5 and GS-7 $40,332 - $109,952 per year
Locality pay varies by duty location.
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional and ROTH 401(k) offering.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:

ZOLL, manufacturer of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator, is seeking a Patient Service Representative as an independent contract worker to train patients on the use of the LifeVest.
The LifeVest wearable defibrillator is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), providing protection during their changing condition. It is lightweight and easy to wear, allowing patients to return to their common activities of daily living, while having the peace of mind that they are protected from SCA.
This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience to supplement his or her income. A typical LifeVest patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge, and the PSR sets up the equipment and trains the patient and caregivers on the LifeVest. They also follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction. PSRs retain the flexibility to accept or decline assignments as their schedules dictate. Most assignments can be scheduled during free time - before/after work, and on days off.
Responsibilities:
Manage equipment & garment inventory
Contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
Available, willing and able to conduct evening and weekend activities
Willing to travel to patient's homes for fittings or follow up visits
Disclose their family relationship with any potential referral source
Program equipment according to the prescribing physician's orders
Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
Train the patient & other caregivers in the use of the LifeVest
Have the patient sign a Patient Agreement & WEAR Checklist
Fax the signed copy of the Patient Agreement & WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of the assignment
Qualifications:
Have 1 year patient care experience
Patient experience must be professional (not family caregiver)
Patient experience must be documented on resume
Disclose personal NPI number (if applicable)
Have a valid driver's license and car insurance

On-Call:
Participation in the on-call rotation is a requirement of this position. It is anticipated that an incumbent in the position would be on-call approx. once every eight (8) weeks for two (2) weekdays per month and one (1) weekend.
Job Description:
A Registered Nurse for Home Infusion inserts, monitors and removes an IV used to give medications, blood products and nutrition to a patient. During the IV therapy, the nurse monitors the patient for adverse reactions and ensures that the tubing, bandages and needle stay in place. When a patient needs blood levels checked, an IV nurse performs a veinous phlebotomy. During the entire IV therapy process, the nurse obtains sets of vital signs, completes the physical assessment and review of systems, documents all patient-related activities and records the medications they use.
Provides and coordinates all aspects of staffing services to the patient with the assistance of the Company Directors, Nursing Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. Communicates with the patients to determine problems and/or solutions regarding their treatment. The Per Diem RN also conveys collected documentation from patient to all necessary internal and third-party external staff regarding scheduling and other pertinent patient information.
Performs a variety of duties both clinical and nursing notes documentation. River Hospital is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgical Unit Team as a Scrub Nurse.
Job purpose A clinically competent registered, licensed nurse who provides immediate, specialized care with a multidisciplinary Ambulatory Surgery service provider team. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for the patient in ASU in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Nursing Department. The nursing practice is flexible and diversified and includes a variety of nursing roles which incorporate both behavioral and technical components of nursing. The scope of practice includes that of a circulator, scrub and educator. Responsibilities include directing unlicensed employee activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching patients/family, implementation of treatment plan/MD orders, and evaluation of care rendered. The RN must effectively communicate and document data relevant to the care of the patient. In addition, the RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Participates in patient education, discharge planning and timely patient follow-up.
Qualifications
Valid and current registration, NYS RN license
Must possess the basic and advanced theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within the first 60 days of hire
Preferred minimum of two years of peri-operative nursing experience.
Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development across the life span and the ability to use that knowledge to individualize the plan and delivery of care.
