terrible HR, bad upper management. Plant manager has no clue on the production floor. They can't documetn for anything that's why they get sued so much and have
At first when I started they promised some good befits and talk of bonus and pay increases
Turned out to be all lies. Not training, no support on the off shifts. Poor upper management would not It listen to employees. Work instructions was always wrong. New payroll system poor trained and is wrong most of the time. HR is severely lacking and they pass the blame on lead staff for there shortcomings. Open building not a safe environment. Actually had a gun discharge on the production floor and did nothing.

Leads did there best but where not supported
Fire the plant manager and get a new president one that actually knows what is happening on the production floor. Get experienced HE department that cares.
Went Thur a recruiter. Not a very organized interview. Hired me in secret because they were removing the guy I was replacing. Very shady practices
I got my starting pay but was told I would not make anymore than that.
There is no representation within the organization except that your breathing.
No job it is very hard to go to work and stay motivated. Every morning it’s what I’m I going to get yelled at next about.
