MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Benefits

What will you be doing?
Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product.
To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office
Engage in Program related communications with client's field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).

Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements.

Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports
Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.

What do you need for this position?
Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.
Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferred
A self-starter with high personal motivation
Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.
Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.

Position Summary
Conducts patient assessments and provides nursing interventions to patients as assigned.
Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
Communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
Provides supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians. Assumes role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
