Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, implement, and maintain LogRhythm SIEM infrastructure supporting NCTE networks
Configure LogRhythm collectors, data processors, and deployment managers for naval environments

Summary:

We also drive the development of advanced representations for joint, theater, and national systems, and model new weapons technologies and emerging threats, ensuring our forces are prepared for any challenge.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and draft Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs)

Commercial Superintendent

Bowditch Development Partners has an immediate opening for a Commercial Superintendent (CS). The Superintendent will perform the day-to-day team leadership and oversight for all project-specific requirements from mobilization to close out of commercial jobs assigned. This high- performance individual will assume overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget. CS will be responsible for the active coordination of all Subcontractors work efforts, Vendors/materials, scheduling, and budgets during the mobilization, construction, and closeout phases of assigned projects. The CS‘s top priority is field coordination, working closely with Subcontractors to ensure that they are always focused on quality and workmanship while meeting/exceeding industry standards within the parameters of the project's schedule and budget. Daily direction and coordination of the Project by the CS ensures work is carried out safely, correctly, within budget, and on schedule.
The CS will plan procedures for construction, ensuring start and finish times, safety, quality, and staffing/subcontractor requirements for each phase of the project are met. CS will coordinate materials procurement (through PM) and schedule/confirm all deliveries to conform to work schedules. CS will confirm and oversee all City inspections while being familiar with local building code enforcement and inspectors and resolving conflicts or issues throughout the project.
CS must exhibit sound and accurate judgment, inspect work throughout the project's progress to ensure that workmanship and materials conform to plan and work letter specifications. CS must adhere to construction schedules, track job costs, and notify PM's to complete back-charges, if any. CS will work through Client and Subcontractor Change Order [CO] requests by completing field CO forms, requesting and processing pricing from Subcontractors, and submitting draft CO for PM to review, approve, and submit to Client. CS must prepare and submit daily reports on progress, materials used, punch lists, pictures, and schedule adjustments - before leaving the job site each day.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES STATEMENT:
· Coordinate the daily activities of the Sub Contractors and work force teams.
· Recognize any potential hazards and correct any unsafe site conditions.
· Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
· Develop business opportunities and identify cost savings opportunities.
· Manage projects from start to finish.
· Provide daily reports to management, including upcoming needs and concerns, and
future requirements for successful and on-time/on-budget project completion.
· Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
· Send the updated schedule to subcontractors on a weekly basis while providing updates as frequently as on a daily basis, if necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous commercial construction superintendent or project leadership experience
· Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech
· Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
· Strong leadership qualities
· Able to work in fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple team members.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Own hand tools and ability to perform basic construction tasks and cleaning.
· Possesses high level computer proficiency, literacy, word processing/Microsoft Office Suite/Construction Management Software understanding and implementation abilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primarily Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Phlebotomist
About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
· You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.
· You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight.
· You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS).
· You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
· You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
