AM Communications (DBA Lighthouse Technologies) has immediate openings for Ground Hands. The Ground Hand role is an entry-level position to learn a skilled trade in the telecommunications industry! The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of hand tools, must be comfortable with heights, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift 80 lbs. repeatedly and learn to safely climb with the use of pole climbing gaffs/spikes. Some travel is necessary.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following tasks:
Maintain minimum benchmarks on client and company performance metrics.
Help with field training of new employees who are going through the company training program.
Carry out all work performed in the safest possible manner, following all internal safety guidelines and requirements.
Maintain all assigned assets such as test meter, safety equipment, ladders etc.
Manage, track, and organize client equipment and small parts. Must be able to account for the usage of all equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Ensure all routine maintenance is completed timely and any problems with vehicle are immediately reported to local management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR qualifications
Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screen

Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Have a general working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities And Duties:
Responsible for providing observation of hand hygiene practices throughout OhioHealth hospitals. The observer will monitor hand hygiene opportunities for all healthcare providers to determine hand hygiene compliance within the organization. The major duties, responsibilities and listed above are not intended to be all-inclusive of the duties, responsibilities and to be performed by employees in this job. Employee is expected to all perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED (Required) DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles
